Shipping Cost and Shipping Time

Orders are shipped to continental US address (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam) with free shipping.

• We will ship your orders via UPS, DHL or United States Postal Service depending on your location and size of the order.
• Orders are shipped out within 2 business (working) days, Monday through Friday . These exclude any holidays and weekends. Orders are generally delivered within 2 weeks of the shipment date. Please note that during the holiday seasons, delivery may be delayed due to high volume.
• All orders are shipping from California, USA unless specified otherwise.

Shipping Cost and Shipping Time

If you choose to ship to an address different from your credit card billing address, we may contact you to confirm your shipping and billing addresses to prevent possible fraudulent use of your credit card.

Undelivered Package

If the address you provided us is undeliverable, we may contact you to verify your address for reshipment. However, you are responsible for the shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and the re-delivered shipment
